Medical Savings Account Programs

President Bush signed into law on Friday, March 8, 2002 a one year extension of the Archer Medical Savings Account Demonstration Act. This legislation was included in the Economic Stimulus Package that extended unemployment benefits and added tax breaks for businesses.
 
Medical savings accounts will now be available through December 31, 2003. The current rules and regulations apply to this extension. If you have an MSA medical plan and MSA account, you will be “grand fathered in”. It can not be taken from you.

This is a list of the Financial institutions which we have found to be offering the Medical Savings Accounts . This list is not necessarily complete. We do not make any recommendations as to which company you use.
